By using Nashmi AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
Nashmi AI is an AI assistant developed by Softelv LLC. It offers chat, web search, attachment analysis, and file generation — "as is," without absolute guarantees of accuracy or availability.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country).
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for your account's activity.
- Your email must be valid; activation happens via OTP when you verify your email.
- One account per person — no creating bulk fake accounts.
3. Acceptable use
Prohibited:
- Illegal content, incitement to violence, or sexual exploitation of minors.
- Harassment, hate speech, or impersonating others.
- Attempts to hack the platform, scrape data, or abuse the API.
- Sending spam or abusive automation that overloads the server.
- Using the service for purposes that violate Jordanian law or applicable laws.
4. Content and ownership
- You own what you write; you grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the service.
- AI responses may contain errors — verify important information before relying on it.
- The Nashmi AI trademark and Softelv LLC logo are protected — no commercial use without permission.
5. Guests and registered users
- Guest: a temporary conversation with no record saved to an account.
- Registered: conversations are saved to your account — see the Privacy Policy.
6. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately upon violation of this policy, or upon legal request, without prior notice in serious cases.
7. Judicial compliance
We cooperate with competent judicial and official authorities in Jordan. Upon receipt of a valid court order, we may disclose account and conversation data as required by law — as explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer
The service is for informational and general assistance purposes. It is not a substitute for specialized medical, legal, or financial advice.
9. Amendments
We may amend these terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in Jordan.
