This policy explains how Softelv LLC ("we") collects, uses, and stores your information when you use the Nashmi AI platform.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

Operator: Softelv LLC — The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Contact: ai@softelv.com

Account data: name, email, password (encrypted — never stored as plain text).
Conversations: messages you send and the assistant's replies — saved for registered users so you can resume conversations.
Attachments: files/images you upload for analysis — processed to fulfill your request.
Technical data: session ID, browser type, request time — for service security and abuse prevention.
Guests without an account: the chat in the interface is temporary, but messages are logged in an internal audit record (guest/session ID and IP address) for security and legal-compliance purposes — up to 5 free messages, then registration is required.

To provide chat, search, and file-analysis services.
To create your account, sign you in, and verify your email (OTP).
To protect the platform from abuse and fraud.
Legal compliance: responding to binding judicial or official requests under Jordanian law.

We do not sell your data. It may be shared in a limited way with:

Infrastructure (hosting) providers to run the service.
The AI provider on the backend to process your requests (without selling your data to third parties for advertising).
Official authorities when a valid court order or legal obligation exists.

Registered users' conversations: kept until you delete them or your account, or per the system's maximum retention limit.
Audit log (all messages — guests and registered users): kept for at least the platform's approved retention period (365 days by default) to respond to judicial and official requests.
Under a binding court order: we may retain copies longer than the operational policy states.

Softelv LLC maintains a limited admin panel for authorized administrators only, for the following purposes:

Technical support and platform administration.
Investigating violations of the usage policy.
Complying with judicial orders or official requests issued by a competent authority in Jordan or under recognized international agreements.

Access to conversations is not for routine surveillance — it is restricted to justified legal or security need and is logged internally.

Request a copy of your data or its correction.
Delete your account and conversations (as permitted by the system and law).
Withdraw consent to unnecessary processing — this may affect service availability.

We use password encryption, HTTPS, and access controls. No system is 100% secure — we continuously work to improve protection.

We may update this policy. The new version will be published on this page along with the update date.
